Materials management
- Feeders or Loaders – Transport packaging materials to the feed hopper.
- Proportional Valves – Regulate the proportion of ground virgin material.
- Magnets – Retain ferrous particles to prevent equipment damage.
- Central Systems – These are systems that transport silo materials to injection, extrusion or blow machines.
- Mixers – They homogeneously mix the materials, virgin, ground, and additives.
Material Conditioning
- Hot Air Dryers – Remove moisture that has been absorbed by the material. Recommended for SAN, ABS, and non-critical PMMA and PC applications.
- Dehumidifiers – Completely remove moisture from the material using hot, dry air. Recommended for PA, PBT, PET and critical PC, PMMA applications.
- Integral System – They integrate the drying function with the ease of feeding, they include the dryer unit and the feeders (combo).
Recycling and parts management
- Robots – Insert, remove parts, prevent human manipulation and scratches. For parts that should not free fall.
- Proportional Valves – Regulate the proportion of ground virgin material
- Belts – Transport the parts out of the machine.
- Cast Spacers – Separate the plastic parts of the cast.
- Mills – Crush and grind plastic parts and castings. They recover materials to reuse them.
Thermal control
- Thermo-regulators – They control the mold temperature precisely. Recommended for engineering plastics.
- Proportional Valves – Regulate the proportion of ground virgin material.
- Coolers – Using cold water and air, they remove energy from the mold and machine.
